Shipping and Returns
Part or all of my order was delivered with damage.
  If your item has arrived damaged please email us at [email protected] within 7 DAYS of the delivery date so we can submit a damage claim with the carrier. Do not discard any of the packaging or contents. In your email include any details pertaining to your delivery and as photos of all of the contents, packaging, and damage. It is the buyer's responsibility to fully inspect all parcels within 7 DAYS of the delivery date, no exceptions. A customer service agent will get back to you within 1-2 business days regarding your claim. Any parts that have been installed cannot be replaced, and no credits or refunds will be provided, as you will have accepted the parts "as is".
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
