NA Catback Exhaust December 25, 2023 Reviewer: Richard C from Chalfont, PA United States   Just purchased and installed a catback exhaust system on my 96 Miata and I’m extremely happy with how it turned out. Yonaka was excellent with the timing of the shipping as it took less than a week from when it was purchased to when it showed up at my house. The quality of the actual exhaust seems to be very good from the metal to the welds. Very happy with how it sounds. It adds just a little bit more rumble to my car and isn't obnoxiously loud at idle. Only issue (which was stated on the page for the product) is that I wasn’t able to install it myself due to the secondary O2 sensor bung needing to be welded on which required a hole to be drilled into the center pipe. I don’t have the equipment to do that myself which is kind of a bummer for a bolt on system. Overall I am very satisfied with the sound, look, fit, price, and response time of Yonaka. I would purchase from them again and would recommend to my friends who are also working on project cars. Was this review helpful to you?

90-97 Miata MX5 NA Catback Exhaust September 1, 2023 Reviewer: Josh from Spokane Valley, WA United States   This Catback system looks, sounds and performs wonderfully. The kit came with ALL necessary hardware, gaskets and instructions. Plus an impressive amount of promotional material for free! The quality of the metal, welds and even provided gaskets were all great and arrived right on time. The exhaust sounds great paired with a different aftermarket header and catalytic converter. I haven’t seen how it holds against the test of time, but so far I am very impressed. My family owns 5 Miatas and often aftermarket parts are mass produced due to the high demand on such a common platform, but Yonaka certainly cut no corners with this kit. 5+ Stars Was this review helpful to you?

Miata Catback June 30, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from SALT LAKE CITY, UT United States   The exhaust sounds fantastic! It's a mellow, bassy, OEM+ sound. The install was fairly easy, apart from a stud that I stripped. The clearance on the rear sway bar (I think that's what it is) and the diff is tight, and I was experiencing a rattle at first -- I just got a stiffer/shorter exhaust hanger for the back left corner and that solved the problem. My order shipped the day after I placed it, and the exhaust arrived within a week (all the way from canada!) Was this review helpful to you?

Great tone and fit January 1, 2023 Reviewer: Kent Block from Evansville, IN United States   This exhaust arrived in a timely fashion, the install was perfect on my sons 93’ NA Miata.. he is 15 yrs old and he and a buddy installed with no help in about 30 minutesTone is great, doesn’t drone at all and doesn’t sound like a tin can… great product and service!! Don’t waste your time on the cheap eBay special exhaust systems. We tried that and had to send it back. Still trying to get a refund. Yonaka is the way to go!!! Was this review helpful to you?

Great.. for 2.5 years December 29, 2022 Reviewer: Toby Ruston from Dallas, OR United States   Overall this is a pretty great exhaust system. Welds look amazing, sounds superb. Not a ton louder than sock at cruising speeds but really opens up under hard accel. I have had it for about 2.5 years and the resonator just went out. There's a very distinct rattle. Not the end of the world, just need to get a replacement (about $50 from YONAKA). Still, a little upsetting as I expect an exhaust to last longer than that. The muffler is still good thankfully.
